Surya E is studying BE Mech Eng 2nd year at College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai.

Surya E completed his schooling at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Kallakurichi, scoring 69.9% in Class 10. He later pursued a diploma and achieved an excellent score of 98.8%,

He is from Namakkal. His father, Elango P, is a daily wage worker who makes brass vessels and supports the  family. His mother, Thilagavathy E, is a housewife. Surya has an elder sister, Anjugam, who is currently studying Bachelor of Science in English. His hobby is reading books, which helps him improve his knowledge and thinking skills. His favourite subject is Design of Machine Elements, as he has a keen interest in mechanical concepts and applications. His ambition is to become an entrepreneur and contribute to society through innovation and hard work.
