G. Muthu Lakshmi is from Chennai Hr. Sec. School, Subbarayan Street. She completed her  Physician Assistant degree from Madras Medical Mission & got married after her  completion of the  internship from Madras Medical Mission . She secured 91% in Class 10. She is a bright girl whose father is a coolie and her mother a housemaid. She has two brothers who are also studying.
