Harish R completed his BDS at Tamil Nadu Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Chennai. He is pursuing his PG.

He did his schooling at Govt. Boys Hr. Sec School, Villupuram.  He scored 459/500 in class 10 and 1080/1200 in class 12. His father abandoned the family his mother is a daily wager. He is a single child. His ambition is to become a leading dentist and serve the poor.
