Kaviya Arasi completed her B.Com at  Stella Maris College and schooling at The Madras Seva Sadan Higher Secondary School. She scored 365/500 in class 10 and 1034/1220 in class 12. She scored centum in a science subject. She is a district-level basketball player, and also good in the long jump and shot put. Her father works as an auto driver. She has an elder brother employed in a private company and a younger brother studying college. She is currently working in  EQL Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd as Compliance Manager.
