M. Yamuna studied from the Presidency Girls School with 78% for her class 12.. Her father had abandoned them and she stays with her mother and sister. Her mother works in a cardboard manufacturing unit. Her sister works in a printing press. She was going to do her B Com through correspondence while working simultaneously but now completed her B Com from St. Thomas College of Arts and Science with the support of STF. She is presently working for Sunil Sethia & Associates as an accountant.
