Pallee Meena Kumari is currently studying 1st year B.Sc. Nursing at St. Joseph’s College of Nursing, Guntur. She completed her 10th at Don Bosco High School, Guntur scoring 494/600 (82%) and her 12th at Nirmala Junior College, Mangalagiri scoring 852/1000 (85.2%). Meena Kumari is an orphan. She was found at Padavadlapudi Railway Station in Andhra Pradesh at the age of three. From then on, she grew up at Karunalayam, Home supported by the Good Shepherd Sisters at Mangalagiri.
Meena Kumari is good in essay writing and won 1st prize at the Mandal level. She also won a gold medal in sports in a Mandal level inter-school competition. In addition to writing, she is skilled in drawing and dancing. Her favourite subjects are Botany and Zoology, and her ambition is to become a staff nurse.
