Parvendhan K is studying MBBS 2nd year at Govt. Stanley Medical College, Chennai.

He completed his Class 10 at Wisdom MHSS, Thiruvannamalai, scoring 70.6%, and his Class 12 at Kingston MHSS, Vandavasi, scoring 70%.  He cleared the NEET examination on his fourth attempt.

His father, Karunakaran, is a vegetable seller who  earns a modest  income and supports the family. His mother, Kavitha, works as a sanitation worker. He is from Thiruvannamalai.

He has two younger sisters, Prithishwari and Lokeshvarshini; one is pursuing her college education, while the other has recently completed her Class 12 and  is about to join college. His paternal grandparents also live with the family. He enjoys playing volleyball and drawing. His favourite subject is Tamil, and his ambition is to become a medical lecturer.
