Ram R completed his diploma in Computer Engineering at TVS Polytechnic with the support of STF.  Currently he is pursuing his BE Computer Science as lateral entry. He and his younger brother Mugilan are being brought up by her aunt and uncle as their parents passed away while they were young. His younger brother is in school. His uncle works in a private company and supports the family while his aunty is a housewife and takes care of Ram, Mugilan and her own two children, the elder son is in 1st standard and the younger daughter is 2 years old.
