Ranjani is currently studying B.Com 2nd year at Shri Krishnaswami College, Chennai. Ranjani completed her schooling at Govt. Girls HSS, Villivakkam, Chennai, scoring 85% in her 12th std. Her father, Sagayaraj, worked as a painter but abandoned the family when she was at young age. Her mother, Latha, works as a maid in few houses to support the family. She has an elder sister who is married, has a child, and lives with her in-laws.

Ranjani’s father has developed neck cancer and is in the fourth stage. This message was informed to the family through her grandmother. Ranjani’s mother visits hospital every day and takes care of him.

Ranjani is interested in yoga and essay competitions, having won prizes in both. Her ambition is to become a bank employee.
