Reena was one of the first students to be selected by STF and was also the first to get placed in a job. STF members recall her grit and determination to succeed when they first met her. She declared that she would even work in a petrol bunk, but nothing would stop her from going to college and taking up a good job. This grit coupled with her excellent academics were the prime reasons for the selection committee to choose her. Today her life is like a dream come true. After graduating from Guindy Engineering College she has got a job at Renault Nissan. She is keen to help her mother who has worked in two homes as a maid to support her daughter through the years. Her mother is now extremely happy that her daughter’s life is well settled. Reena is married with a son of a year old. Presently she is working for Ford as Senior Engineer. Reena still meets her mentor from time to time who she looks up to as a role model. Reena also wants to work with STF to bring about a positive change in the lives of other people.
