Saran completed his schooling at Aristo Public School, Thirupathiripuliyur, Cuddalore, scoring 84.2% in Class 10 and 82.4% in Class 12. His childhood was marked by significant hardship. In 2015, when Saran was just 13 years old and his sister was only two and a half, their mother died by suicide following frequent conflicts with his father. Shortly thereafter, his father, Isai Alagan, who worked as a carpenter, abandoned the family and married another woman.
He was able to complete his schooling with the support of scholarships. Determined to pursue medicine, Saran appeared for the NEET examination and successfully cleared it on his third attempt. He secured admission to Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College, Salem.
Beyond academics, Saran has also been trained in Bharatanatyam, which he learned from his mother during her lifetime, a skill that remains a cherished connection to her memory. Despite the adversities he has faced, Saran remains focused and strong. His ambition is to become a leading doctor and dedicate his life to serving the needy, inspired by his own experiences and the support he received from those around him.
